Bounce Right Back

This card is for the monthly swap that Pam hosts on SCS.  Each month we make 10 cards and include a matching envelope.  They can be any theme for any month.  All of the swappers are wonderful and I have received awesome cards each and every month.

I recently made a similar card for a male friend who just had his knee replaced.  I thought I would make more as everyone can probably use a masculine get well or get better card!

Here is the inside of my card:

I hope Pam and the others swappers like my card this month!

Made in Santa's Workshop

Happy Thanksgiving,  I hope you are enjoying all of the Blessings of this Wonderful Holiday!

Here is my card for our November mystery image group.  Kelly sent us this sweet image from a company that I have never even heard of-Wild Rose Studio.  I love the image and Kelly sent along a coordinating sentiment.

I used some clear Wink of Stella on Santa's beard and on the fur on his cap and suit.  Of course, I also added it to Rudolph's nose!  Next month, I am our hostess and the images are already in the hands of our group.  So--we all get to create another cute card!

Here is the inside of my card:

I hope Kelly and the others in our group like my card.  I cannot wait to see all of the other creations!

Creative Card Chicks November Card

This is my card for November's Monthly Challenge for the Creative Card Chicks.  This group is a kind of mystery image swap, where we each get an image and additional items to complete the challenge each month.  Maggie is the hostess this month and sent everyone a great Christmas image.  She also included some sentiments for our card, wonderful patterned Christmas paper and some great embellishments for our card!

The Creative Card Chicks to post our cards between the 21st and 23rd of each month--so if you check the blogs on my sidebars today or yesterday or in the next few days, you may see more of these wonderful creations!  We do not have a hostess for December as we take that month off.  But we will be back in January with an image that Jeanette will be sending!  So please come back in 2017!

Mystery Revealed

This card is for a Mystery Swap on SCS. A group of us are doing a bi-monthly swap where we all use the same mystery image, sent to us by the hostess. This swap was created by Forest Ranger—Jeanette and we are now in our 37th round!  Melina is the hostess this month and she sent everyone this pretty Close To My Heart image.  I think it is perfect for the upcoming Christmas Season!  Melina will swap the cards and send everyone the next image, which is being sent by Vickie. We then get to do it all again, for round 38!

Here is the inside of my card:

I hope the other swappers like my card.  If you check my sidebar on the left, you might see some other swappers who have posted their cards.

Dueling Darlings Give Thanks

It is the 15th of the month and that means we get to show off a new Dueling Darlings challenge. For the November Challenge, Carol and Shelley decided on the theme.  Shelley is one of the Darlings and I am a part of the Diva team, which Carol is on!

This theme this month is: "Give Thanks".  Carol wrote the following:  We were thinking of going Thanksgiving, but thought "give thanks" would/could incorporate Thanksgiving or just be a thank you card.  Either way, we thought fall colors would be a nice touch.  With the Holiday Season upon us, we reflect upon all that we have to be thankful for;  so as an extra, we would like you to share what you are especially thankful for.

I am thankful for all of my family and friends who are so special to me.  I am also very thankful for my health.  As I get older, I am so blessed to be healthy and I try hard every day to maintain!

Here is the inside of my card:

I hope all of the Darlings enjoy my card.

Three Musketeers Snowy Trio

It is time for another The Three Musketeers post. We are ready to showcase the card we all created with the image Kelly provided this month for Card #26!  All three of us sure have enjoyed the challenges every month for more than two years and hope that it continues for a few more!  I am up next for the December challenge and I have the images all stamped and ready to mail soon.  Be sure to come back to see what we create!

For our card this month, Kelly told us that this image spoke to her heart as she adores snow and winter and cute lil snowman images--yes, she does live in Miami!  She spied this image and company online and got it as it reminded her of us--three friends!  I think this is a perfect image for us!

Here is the inside of my card:

Please check out the other Musketeer's cards.  Here is a link to Jeanette's blog along with Kelly's blog.  I am sure you will not be disappointed and will see a couple of great cards!  They may post today, or it may be upcoming, so be sure to check out their blog for their card!
